CVSense Recruiter Dashboard is a comprehensive recruitment platform that streamlines your entire hiring workflow. It enables you to post jobs, receive applications, screen CVs automatically using AI, track candidates, and manage your recruitment credits - all in one centralised platform. The dashboard helps you save time, reduce manual work, and identify top candidates faster with AI-powered CV screening and matching capabilities.

Our AI-powered CV screening analyses candidate resumes against your job requirements and automatically scores them based on qualification match, skills alignment, experience relevance with false skill detection capability. You can upload up to 1000 CVs in bulk (PDF, DOC, DOCX, or ZIP files), or import directly from existing job applications, and our system will process them in minutes, providing detailed analysis for each candidate. The screening identifies key qualifications, highlights relevant experience, and helps you quickly shortlist the most suitable candidates for your role.

Yes! CVSense allows you to create and post professional job listings with full customisation. You can add detailed job descriptions, specify employment type (full-time, part-time, contract, etc.), set salary ranges in multiple currencies, add screening questions, and schedule when your job goes live. Each posted job gets a unique public URL that you can share on job boards, social media, or directly with candidates. Applications are automatically collected in your dashboard.

Recruiter credits are used for CV screening operations. Each CV you screen consumes one credit. You can purchase credit packages that suit your hiring volume, with options for one-time purchases or subscription plans. Your dashboard displays your current credit balance, usage history, and spending analytics. You can top up anytime you need more. Enterprise clients can contact us for custom credit packages and solutions.

Absolutely! CVSense supports unlimited job postings on all plans. You can create, edit, and manage multiple active job listings at once. The dashboard provides a centralised view of all your jobs, showing application counts, job status (active, paused, closed), and performance metrics for each position. You can easily switch between jobs to review applications, update job details, or close positions when filled.

All applications are automatically captured and organised in your dashboard. For each job, you can view all applicants, review their CVs, see AI-generated screening scores, and update candidate statuses (shortlisted, rejected, offered, etc.). You can filter and sort candidates by score, date, qualification status, or custom criteria. The system also tracks application trends and provides insights on your hiring pipeline performance.

CVSense accepts PDF, DOC, DOCX, TXT, and ZIP files for CV uploads. You can upload individual files or compress multiple CVs into a ZIP file for bulk screening. The system can process up to 100 CVs simultaneously, making it perfect for high-volume recruitment drives. All uploaded CVs are automatically parsed, analysed, and matched against your job requirements within minutes.

Security is our top priority. CVSense is fully compliant with UK GDPR, Data Protection Act 2018, and industry best practices for recruitment data handling. All candidate CVs and company information are encrypted in transit and at rest. We implement role-based access controls, regular security audits, and secure data retention policies. Candidate data is only accessible to authorised users in your organisation, and we never share information with third parties without explicit consent.

Yes! When posting a job, you can add custom screening questions that candidates must answer during application. You can create text-based questions, yes/no questions, numerical responses, or long-answer questions. These responses are captured alongside the CV and help you gather additional information to better assess candidate suitability. You can also mark questions as required or optional based on your needs.

The dashboard provides comprehensive analytics including: active job count, total applications received, CVs screened this month, credit usage trends, application rate by job, top candidate scores, time-to-hire metrics, and source tracking. You can view historical data, export reports, and gain insights into your recruitment performance. These analytics help you optimise your hiring strategy and make data-driven decisions.
