Born from a bold vision in Africa and officially established in England in 2024, DoviLearn Global Education Ltd (the team behind CVSense) is on a mission to redefine career development for professionals in a competitive global job market.
We saw a critical gap: Recruitment technology was advancing faster than professionals could adapt. 75% of job applications never even reach human eyes, lost in automated systems or overlooked due to outdated formats. Meanwhile, migrants and global talent faced an even steeper challenge - not only competing against algorithms but also navigating unfamiliar local formats and hiring tools that weren't designed with them in mind.
So we built CVSense to level the playing field.
